Traveling Electrical Foremen – Mission-Critical Construction

Finish Line Staffing is hiring experienced Traveling Electrical Foremen for long-term, large-scale mission-critical construction projects. These positions offer consistent hours, competitive compensation, weekly pay, and substantial overtime opportunities. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• $100 daily per diem

LaGrange, Georgia – MMR

• Electrical Foremen
• Day shift
• $34 per hour
• $115 daily per diem

Chantilly, Virginia – MME

• Electrical Foreman needed
• Day shift
• $36 per hour
• $100 daily per diem

Schedule: 60+ hours per week
Pay frequency: Paid weekly
Duration: Long-term project opportunities
Travel: Candidates must be willing and able to travel or relocate

Per diem eligibility is subject to applicable project requirements.

Position Overview

The Electrical Foreman will supervise and coordinate a crew of 6–8+ electricians on a large-scale mission-critical construction project. We are looking for hands-on leaders who can drive production, enforce safety standards, coordinate daily work, and deliver quality installations on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews of 6–8+ electricians
• Plan daily work, assign tasks, and track crew productivity
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Oversee conduit, cable tray, supports, feeders, equipment, and electrical-system installations
• Track labor, materials, production, and daily job-site progress
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades
• Conduct pre-task planning and toolbox safety meetings
• Enforce company, project, and OSHA safety requirements
• Inspect completed work for quality and code compliance
• Identify delays and communicate manpower, equipment, or material needs
• Maintain an organized, safe, and productive work environment

Qualifications

• Previous Electrical Foreman experience on large commercial, industrial, data-center, or mission-critical projects
• Proven ability to lead at least 6–8 electricians
• Strong understanding of electrical construction methods and job-site safety
• Ability to read blueprints, one-line diagrams, specifications, and electrical drawings
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work 60+ hours per week on the assigned shift
• Willingness to travel or relocate for current and future projects
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to satisfy all project-specific onboarding and safety requirements
