JOB SUMMARY
To teach a combination of social studies classes offered in Grades 9-12 for the 2026-2027 school year, which may include dual credit classes through Seattle University's Matteo Ricci Program.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary is dependent upon experience, certification, and education according to Kennedy Catholic's faculty compensation schedule. For the 2024-2025 school year, a teacher's salary ranges between $59,320 and $112,590.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in history or an adjacent field
Master's degree in the specific content area or a related field
Washington State Teaching Credential (or ability to obtain one)
Familiarity with educational technology
Recent classroom experience, preferably in a high school setting

Effectively utilize educational technology to enhance the learning of students
Use data to inform instructional practices

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
