Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description
This position involves performing heavy assembly production of hydraulic cylinders in a fast-paced environment, adhering to specific blueprints and ensuring top quality in all tasks.
Responsibilities
Read precision measuring equipment accurately.
Utilize various hand tools effectively, demonstrating mechanical inclination.
Verify adherence to test and assembly procedures for all part numbers.
Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with housekeeping policies.
Essential Skills
1-3 years of previous production/manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of hand and power tools.
Ability to perform basic math calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Proficiency in reading tape measures.
Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime work on Fridays. The noise level is usually quiet, and appropriate protective equipment such as safety glasses and hearing protection is required in manufacturing areas. Employees may encounter usage of and exposure to chemicals, as documented per Material Safety Data Sheets.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
