SUMMARY

Detail-oriented bilingual content professional supporting product information, digital content, marketing communications and packaging materials. This role focuses on keeping French-language content accurate, consistent and aligned with corresponding English materials while collaborating across multiple internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate product, marketing, packaging and business communications from English into French while preserving intended meaning and tone.
• Maintain French-language product descriptions, specifications, features and related content across applicable platforms.
• Review customer-facing French content for grammar, spelling, consistency, accuracy and overall presentation.
• Coordinate with web and digital teams to support properly maintained French product pages, navigation and online content.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to ensure translated materials reflect the intended messaging and voice.
• Support translation of packaging copy, labels, product details, instructions and related materials as needed.
• Promote consistent French terminology across product and customer-facing content.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluency in English and French with strong written communication skills in both languages.
• Strong English-to-French translation, proofreading and editing ability.
• High attention to detail with a focus on language accuracy, consistency and quality.
• Comfort working with product information, websites, digital content and customer-facing materials.
• Organized approach with the ability to coordinate content across multiple teams and priorities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, web, product and packaging stakeholders.
