Ascension is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist Cardiovascular to advance cardiovascular patient care through expert clinical practice, education, and consultation. In this role, you will assess complex cardiac patients, develop and implement evidence-based care plans, and collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams. You will lead quality and safety initiatives, mentor nursing staff, and support adoption of best practices and new technologies. The CNS will contribute to policy development, staff education, and performance improvement, helping foster a compassionate, patient-centered, and innovative care environment.
