Schedule: In-office 3 days per week during first 90 days, then eligible for remote work based on performance.

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with at least 1 year of sales, staffing, recruiting, or business development experience to help expand our client base.
This role is focused on generating new business opportunities by prospecting healthcare organizations, technology companies, and decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, sending personalized emails, networking, and scheduling meetings for Recruit22 leadership.
Responsibilities - Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Schedule discovery meetings with decision-makers.
- Research target accounts and identify hiring needs.
- Maintain prospect activity within CRM and ATS systems.
- Follow up consistently with prospects.
- Attend local networking events and industry conferences when appropriate.
- Collaborate with Recruit22 leadership on account strategies.
- Meet monthly activity and pipeline goals.
Qualifications Required - 1+ year of experience in:
- Business Development
- Sales
- Recruiting
- Staffing Sales
- Account Management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, or ATS platforms.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
Preferred - Experience selling staffing, recruiting, IT services, or healthcare-related solutions.
- Knowledge of healthcare IT or technology hiring trends.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, JobDiva, or similar platforms.
Compensation Base Salary $40,000 - $60,000 annually Commission Additional uncapped commission based on:
- New client acquisition
- Meetings generated
- Revenue generated from customer accounts
